I had to use the rest room and asked the young man outside who was changing the garbage if he could get more toilet paper as there was very little left and I was not sure if it was enough.The young man went to the back room and I went back to the washroom to wait. I waited 3-5mins and then went out of the bathroom to find the young man continuing to change the garbage out side. I asked if he was going to get the toilet paper or do I need to use the women’s washroom, his reply was that is my is over there. He had left the toilet paper on the service counter, oh wait it gets better so he gives me the toilet while we are standing at the service counter and process to walk out the front door to...

I'm used to grounds in the coffee, used to not toasting or super burning bagels. Not a big fan of the grumpy old woman who tells at you through the speaker and is very rude. (not Beverly, she is nice and knows what she is doing there) but everytime I buy a simply sausage. I have to pay for egg, get egg, cheese without sausage. They never get it right.Dietary restrictions: I say no egg simply sausage. They either yell at me and say there is no egg on it and give me egg...Or they make me pay extra and still make it wrong

I have been a regular Tim's customer for decades. A few weeks ago I started stopping at the Tim's in Elora. My customer experience there has not been a positive one. The dipped donuts looked terrible, the staff has not been attentive. My assumption simply is that staff there is not properly trained. I will give the store another chance. Otherwise, I will make a detour through Fergus next time.

I have a habit of paying for the person behind me at the drive-thru, especially if they are ordering a couple of coffees and some food. I continued this trend today when the woman behind me ordered a large coffee. My credit card bill now shows an extra $30.50 charge. 5 people behind the counter and 10 minutes after I ordered I’m told they are out of what I ordered. It wasn’t busy when I was there, just poor staff completely disorganized and more interested in socializing in their own language.

One of the attendants asked me to get out the line because I purchasing too much food... I raised this concern to the customer ombudsman but it seems Tim Hortons didn't care about it. No feed back!

The service is slow and they frequently make mistakes with my entire order, whether I am in the drive-thru or inside the store. I hope they can make improvements.

The restaurant was just okay, but they have too many items on the menu for a donut shop. It seems like the only thing they focus on is their drive-thru service. Reserva una mesa ahora

We found this location was closed earlier than listed hours and we were refused service even though it was supposed to be open tonight until 11pm.

Nice place to stop and get a quick snack and a coffee. Decent in size but gets busy. Has clean washrooms.
