We came here, went the through the drive thru ordered our usual drinks. When we got up to the window the girl at the window didn’t say anything, had her back to us the whole “interaction”. Stuck the debit machine out the window then handed us the drinks. Didn’t scan the rewards card, didn’t acknowledge us in the least bit, she just kept chatting with her coworker with her back to the window. As someone who works with the public, I found it to be extremely rude.
I spent nearly $50 on coffee and sandwiches, but all four sandwiches were missing the chipotle sauce. It was the worst experience I've ever had! I tried to call the store multiple times, but they didn't answer.
this is my updated review! The service has improved quite alot and it seems like they really care about how they present there meals to there customers! Finally wifi has been fixed! You always need wifi!

This Tim's location is very clean and has an incredibly friendly staff. They are always welcoming and greet you with a smile every time I visit! The food is served promptly.
The birthday cake TimBits are my son's favorite. I indulge him with them whenever he deserves a treat, and they work like a charm!
Ridiculous if you got to pay for a glass of tap water. I am told it is Tim Horton policy. This should be a courtesy.
