Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

I visited this Tim for first time on October 23. It was disgusting service which I received. I ordered croissants and hash brown, first they gave me burnt croissant, I told them very politely and the girl standing behind the cashier guy gave me angry look and guy gave me new one. The new is more worst than first. The hashbrown is too hard to eat. I end up buy from other store. But this was my worst Tim experience. I don’t know how they have 3.2 star. They do deserve zero

Hope this review is read and addressed. This is the closest Tim's to home for us. Husband buys coffee daily (14 years) and is very happy with the friendly service. Today the coffee lid smelled of perfume so with every drink the overwhelming odor ruined the coffee. Possibly a worker transferred the scent to the lid. Please consider how this might effect the experience.

Worst service. Smells like someone poured a bottle of cologne on the ground. Lady taking the order was so rude to the customers and looked like she was doing homework at the counter, i waited 5 minutes and she didnt even look up. if i could give negative stars i would.

I only went to Tim's to use the bathroom. I no longer visit Tim Hortons because they do not keep the restaurant clean and I am not satisfied with the way they prepare their food.

I'm working here close to see the place. I notice that their service will be much better tomorrow than the afternoon. I'm going here for my coffee and donuts.

if they are ever stuck in this part of surrey (there is literally almost nothing here), this stripe mall 1 of only 2 places within a few kilometers for.

what happened to timmys donuts? incredibly tasteless. the chocolate dipped frosting does not taste like chocolate, the donut itself was so.

Lady at drive thru got order wrong then got aggressive and disrespectful. Couldn’t even get a chance to talk.

Totally bad service. I ordered two coffees but they gave me only one. So slow also.
