Tim Hortons - Reserva de mesa

Went through drive thru and once I finally got to the pick up window, they tell me the Tim Rewards scanner was not working. There was no sign posted on the drive thru ordering screen nor were they informing people before customers ordered. I had a coupon to use on the app so it was an inconvenience not knowing before ordering.After waiting in the drive thru line for close to 10mins they make me park and come inside to use a scanner that is currently working. After waiting in line again (this time inside the building) I finally pay and get my food and go use the washroom before I leave. The soap dispenser was destroyed and the door was straight up ripped off the wall of the stall in the men's...

The service was extremely disappointing. I was visiting from Calgary and ordered a cold brew black, but I ended up with a hot black coffee instead. The staff refused to replace it even before we had taken it off the counter. I also ordered two jalapeño pastries, requested them to be heated, and I saw the staff enter the order for heating, but they were served cold. Wow, seriously?

I ordered the blackberry quenchers and it did not taste anything close to good and when i went back and informed them at the window and asked them to give me new ones they gave me new ones which tasted worse, very bad service and attitiude, please stop serving it if you cant make them how it should be.

My wrap was delicious but it was a lot smaller than other Tim HortonsVegetarian options: I'm not sure if there is but,a tourist asked me if they had vegetarian, I didn't really know but I think it would be a good idea also vegan foods would be interesting, more variety Reserva una mesa ahora

Great coffee and service.But for months it falsely advertises 24/7 both inside and drive-through. When in fact its only 24/7 for drive-through.

Visiting from overseas. Thought I would have a Canadian experience. Girl at counter stuffed up the order. I speak English. Disappointed.
