I was there today for the first time in a year. I’m not happy and I will not go again. I ordered a tea I said three times with milk and they put cream in it. What makes it worse is I asked for a chocolate chip muffin That’s it And I got a some sort of nut chocolate chip muffin. Thank God I noticed it because I’m allergic to nuts, so yeah could’ve ended up in the hospital. Thanks Tim Hortons.
I am extremely angry with Tim Hortons. The employees are incredibly rude and lack basic hygiene practices. They take forever to prepare orders and often don't have daily items available or their equipment is broken. This is the third time I've had issues with them and I will never be purchasing from them again. It's unacceptable to treat customers this way. Food: 1
The day crew is typically good here, but the evening/night shift is terrible. I just wasted 15 20 minutes of my life in the drive through waiting to order a coffee while everyone else who went through the other lane got served. I ended up leavingwithout ordering, I don?t even think they noticed me or my vehicle. Brutal.

Every time I place a mobile order it's never ready. I place my order at 20 mins ahead and it's never waiting for me at the counter. I try to get somone attention in the kitchen and I get ignored. 4th time this happened Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
