Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

Probably the worst experience I've had at a Tim's in a long time. The food drinks were fine, but the communication was horrible. The cashier spoke below his breath (behind plexiglass), and misunderstood my order about 3 or 4 times. His replacement also spoke below his breath (music also playing in background), and I had to ask him to repeat many times. What should have been a 1 minute order took about 10 minutes. It was just weird. Cute location, but seriously, if you're behind plexiglass with music playing, you've got to speak up. Another customer even came to commiserate with us in the parking lot about the ridiculous service. But again, nothing bad to say about the food/drinks.

As someone who has managed staff before, I was very impressed with the service I received from Brooklyn. I was greeted with a big smile and enthusiasm. She read back my order to make sure she got it right. And then prepared my order quickly without sacrificing quality. As I continued to observe from my seat, she was easily the most productive staff member during my visit. I wasn't impressed with my breakfast wrap. It wasn't inedible but it wasn't good either. The stars are all for Brooklyn. I was impressed.

This Tim's location is usually one of the better ones in Prince George but today not so good. Got a apple fritter donut that was frozen on the inside and icing was runny.on the outside. Thought these are baked fresh daily. Guess not.

Staff was very kind and friendly with our kids. Clean, spacious and fast service. Outdoor tables and nice and cold inside with lots of parking spots. There is drive thru as well.

Worst Tim Hortons in Prince George..could not get a drive thru order correct if their lives depended on it! ...every.....single....time....
