This is probably the 2nd time I've been to this location, working in the area so quick break n such. The first time I also noticed this but figured it'd be a one-off but went today, weather wasn't hot or even warm so no reason why they'd be as many flies as there were but what was worrying was this time there was a tray with bagels n similar type of bread, last time it was dessert type of baked good n flies around that. Just imagining ordering something like that as an unsuspecting drive-thru customer... ?

I ordered a regular latte with oat milk as always and this has to be the 10th time someone has put cane sugar in it which is disgusting. Then I get it remade and it's mostly just milk because they added the ice at the end. I don't want a giant cup of oat milk. This is really getting frustrating that a quick drive thru turns into a 20 min ordeal. I get one or twice but this has happened so many times.

Horrible service. I was the only person waiting for mobile order and they were only serving the customers who were ordering in-person. I had to ask one of the employees about the status of my order and than they started making it. I love Tim Hortons, but I don't like the practices of this location.

Disappointing experience. I feel bad for those waiting in line for what I can only describe as subpar food. I’ve decided to avoid all Tim Hortons locations because of this one. I can’t help but wonder what the staff think about their work environment... Reserva una mesa ahora

Terrible customer service. Team members are completely incompetent and very slow. Several bad experiences here. I won't be back again and I urge others to stay away and support other businesses nearby.

That Tim Hortons is awesome to chill and eat at. Plus if any one goes there check out the cool loonie on the floor it said about the about the other loonie is under the ice rink under the ice

After I ordered a turkey bacon club, I discovered a large bug on my sandwich, which was absolutely disgusting. This has actually happened to me for the second time now…
