This Tim Hortons in new to King West area and is surprisingly pretty busy at certain peak hours however it can be very dead at times. It is a medium sized franchise with various seating areas with the typical fireplace and couches however if you want to go there to charge your phone they have a total of 1 outlet and it is by a communal table that seats 6 so this can be a little awkward if others join you that you do not know. They are still training a few of there employees and I have had my order wrong two of the times I have visited however, I completely understand that everyone has to learn and get used to the jist of things and so I am ok if I get the wrong donut given to me or service i...

Having lived in New Jersey for a while, I found that Poutine is essentially an improved version of Disco Fries. However, the Tim Hortons Ice Capp was an entirely different experience. I honestly don’t think I've ever had something from a chain restaurant that lived up to the hype quite like this. It was absolutely fantastic, and at just $1.89 (even when considering the exchange rate, which I suspect isn’t much), it was both more delicious and cheaper than anything I've gotten at Starbucks. Way to go, Tim Hortons! Oh, and welcome to New York City! I think this is THE worst tim hortons by far in terms of SERVICE... I strongly dislike going here and only go if i need to. They always get my order wrong or its not done how it should be. They always have a ridiculous line that never seems to move. However, i do like 3 of the staff who are amazing!!! I can not say enough about this place....its bad. I can make this statement because ive worked for tim Hortons for 5 years prior and this place is not up to standards.....they should check out the Tim's near Bathurst now that one is great!!!

I've been coming for the past 10+ years now to this Tim's, I've tried other locations and this place knows the perfect amount of sweetness on the classic drinks, (ice caps, DD and cold brews) their specialty drinks are solid my recommendations are the toffee and hazelnut cold brew the sandwiches are quite good BLT and breakfast wraps can't go wrong with those. The cashier was super nice and helpful. However, it took a really long time for a snack sandwich. Drinks were flying while the kitchen lagged.Parking: Busy intersection, no drive thru.

The staff here are fast, diligent and very welcoming. Never messed up any of my orders or from what I’ve seen other’s orders. Place is always clean and safe to dine in at.

tim hortons has yet to realize that bagels have holes in the middle. They always just put a big clump of cream cheese in the hole and nowhere else on the bagel.

They don't offer even half of the Tim's menu. Save your time and go somewhere else.
