"I ordered a small chocolate milk and when I got home and took a sip it immediately tasted off. I spit it out and poured out the chocolate milk, it was completely full of chunks. I checked the expiry and this carton wasn't expired which speaks to a very concerning lack of proper food handling at this location which is going to get a lot of people sick with from other ideas. I reached out to to customer service and they said the location's manager would be contacting me, which has yet to happen."

First of all I'm not a Karen I don't do this normally but this service was so bad I had to. When we got to the speaker my 80 year old grandma was ordering and she asked for timbits and the lady said she had none so my grandma asked what donuts do they have and the lady rudely said we have nothing now what do you want. So my grandma just ordered the drinks and went to the window than the lady gave us the wrong drink we ordered a tea and she gave us a coffee so my grandma could smell it was coffee and tasted it to make sure there was nobody but us in the line but as grandma was tasting it she came back to the window and said can you hurry and leave my grandma was so mad at these people that she left and went to another tim Hortons. Ps the lady was a bigger person

I just would like to share my bad experience when going to drive through specially. Totally agree Tim hortons has a policy for time standards at drive through that doesn’t mean you rush people at window and you are 2 working at window to push all the car fast and its sooo annoying and could be dangerous when handling coffee specially and rushing people to pay fast and go fast. Are you going to pay for people vehicles if something happens due to 15s at window? Are you going to claim all that. Does Tim hortons will cover then we don’t mind.I hope Tim hortons head office will take that in concern. Even management of the store is unprofessional. SAFETY FIRST AND MATTER ALOT.Thank you!

Weak and valueless.I 'm tired of TH falsy representing them selves as Canadian.You are Brazilian owned.Your menu is so expanded you have lost the essence of what you started as.A coffee house.Go back to your roots and learn to BREW coffee, it 's not hard.Remember strong, fresh coffee, with that aroma that inspires?The swill you serve, is luke warm, brown water .... ah but I ramble.Why do I bother?TH has swallowed the corporate pill, and will continue to add more water and cost to a population that has forgotten what coffee is.I 'll just shut up, and save my money.You are not worth it.

Ordered a honey crueller at drive thru in the bag a sour cream glazed seriously how hard is it to get a simple donut order WRONG! I drove all the way back and took it INTO the restaurant where I was greeted with an employee making condescending comments and remarks in Punjabi about my complaint thinking I as a Caucasian English speaking woman didn’t understand what he was saying . Buddy needs to be fired .. incredibly rude !!! And please don’t offer me the comment of forward to your customer service team because I dealt with them a few weeks ago about your Wentworth location and got nowhere!! ?
