The food is good. Nothing wrong with atmosphere whatsoever other than a less than pleasant restroom. The staff are very unwelcoming, refuse orders more than McDonald’s will refuse ice cream, and I believe have been scamming with a suspiciously aftermarket, thick, dense, and plastic covered card reader. Haven’t noticed anything yet on that scale but after going there three times out of necessity, it’s safe to say I won’t be going there again and would gladly prefer their close by neighbouring competitor about 15 meters away for any food or coffee needs. Do not ask for ‘big’ orders or be ready to expect a gruely arguement for your whole order after a hefty fifteen minute wait and with only you...

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in Red Deer. The service is terrible, and most of the staff, with the exception of one or two, are rude and unfriendly. They often shove your items at you or toss your change back. I've experienced several occasions where people in line were served before me because they couldn't get the drive-thru orders right. Recently, every time I've visited, the Spanish employee has displayed nothing but unprofessionalism and a bad attitude. Customer service should include a smile and a friendly "have a good day"; it's really not that hard. The parking situation is also a nightmare.

When I finally got to the pickup window, I found that the two medium iced cappuccinos I ordered were only half full and quite messy. I was frustrated to pay full price for what amounted to a small drink. Additionally, the sandwich I received was burnt, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I have been a regular customer at this Tim Hortons for years, but I am often dissatisfied with the quality of food I receive. They frequently run low on stock, regardless of the time of day, and the items I do get are often burnt or poorly made. Tim Hortons, you really need to improve!

The restaurant has lock codes on the bathroom doors, making it inconvenient to access the restrooms unless you request the code. Additionally, I found bugs in my drink and flies in the food and hot chocolate. It's really unappetizing. Corporate needs to address these issues at this location urgently! Reserva una mesa ahora

I had a mix-up with my Uber order. The staff seemed confused about the tickets, and they even made my brother, who is an Uber driver, call the customer. It was really unprofessional, especially when they touched his greasy hands.

Almost every morning, drive thru gets served 2 vehicles for every 1 person inside at the line up. Slow service. If you can't serve people in the store at a reasonable pace, then maybe you shouldn't be operating a drive thru.

The in store Service is marginal at best, they Service the hell out-of the drive through as I have heard that managers perks are driven by fast through put times.
