Every time I visit this Tim Hortons, it seems to be dirtier than before. The service is extremely poor, particularly at the counter, where priority is always given to the drive-through, leaving walk-in customers ignored. I wanted to take a seat, but had to clean off the table myself after asking for help four times. Even then, I found myself standing with my coffee, waiting for someone to assist me. Frustrated, I went back to the counter and requested a cloth to clean the table myself. The management clearly prioritizes drive-through customers over anyone who walks in, and it feels like they don’t care about customer service at all. This is a Tim Hortons I will not return to. It seems like there are new owners because the service has really declined over the past year. You end up waiting far too long, even when there are hardly any customers ahead of you. Today, they completely messed up my simple order by not including one of the three donuts I requested. Despite it being their mistake, I was asked to pay for the missing donut after waiting 20 minutes with only four cars in front of me. To make matters worse, they still got the donut wrong. Overall, the service is terrible and very slow.

I presented $50 dollars note to the Cashier here in simcoe at exactly at 7 25 pm today and this Indian attendants lifted the note in my face just to disrespect me because a black gentleman has presented a note , so it is likely to be fake currency . Am very disappointed but as a gentleman and as learned I had to control myself.This is unacceptable and highly racism. Tim Hortons is a big brand and i believe provide training for its staffs .

3 years ago this was the best tims around. Covid and the lack of competent employees really ran this tims into the ground. 90% of the time you're stuck in the drive thru line for 15 or 20 minutes. Even when it's not busy they are slow and more than half the time mess the order up. I started driving the extra couple minutes and going to the harmony location. Every time I place an order, there's an error! I requested a large broccoli soup and instead got chili, which my 85-year-old mother cannot eat. I also ordered a large steeped tea with two sugars, but it came with milk, and I'm lactose intolerant. On another occasion, I received a tea bag in my large black coffee with one sugar during a drive-thru order.

I go through here in the AM before I hit the highway. I will say the morning crew on the weekday is spot on as a rule.Beyond that, it's abysmal. The same entitled I should be making 40 an hr to pour coffee without an education people. I know it is hard to hire and build a team. I just wish that if they didn't want to work they would quit.

If any issues arise with my order, the staff are quick to address them. Even when the order-takers can’t resolve the issue themselves, the managers are always kind and quick to assist. Overall, this is a fantastic location if you’re willing to navigate the busyness.

Could you please ask some of your employees to keep the microphone away from their mouths? Some of them are excessively loud. The service is excellent, but the drive-thru speaker is blasting; we can hear it from across the street in broad daylight.
