This Tim Hortons is impressively clean, and it's one of the best I've been to. However, there are a few downsides. The service is quite slow due to a lack of staff, which seems to be a common issue with many Tim Hortons as they try to cut costs for higher profits. Additionally, I noticed that the coffee cups were only half full. When we inquired about this, we were told that the machines are programmed to dispense that amount. Overall, while the location is nice, the service and coffee quantity could definitely be improved.
I went in the order section twice. First time, they said that they are busy for half an hour. So I waited. But, immediately they are taking order of a mom and a child. I thought it’s open and then went there to order again. But, they didn’t take my order. I thought it was a child so they took their order so waited again. Now, they started taking orders of their so called native people. This is the first time I experienced racism in Canada.
I recently visited this Tim Hortons and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. The staff is primarily made up of young, energetic Canadians with bright smiles. It's important to show kindness and generosity to these young men and women! The server who assisted me was exceptionally polite and cheerful. Kudos to the manager who hired her!

Our irresitibles were very good and also very hot!!! YumWheelchair accessibility: The only parking space for wheelchairs was occupied by a vehicle which did not have a sticker. (Ear the aunt if you don't have a sticker, get out of there. But otherwise easy access to the restaurant and plenty of space inside.
The service is not always the best. Eveytime I ask for a certain donut or bagel they dont have it. Some days when the service is bad you can see the workers are younger teenagers. When the service is good you'll see it's because there's an older person(more responsible) working there.
The iced cappuccino was fantastic, but I did encounter a problem yesterday afternoon, between 12:30 and 12:45. I witnessed a woman, who appeared to be Indian but I can't say for certain, drop a bagel on the floor, pick it up, and then serve it to a customer.
The restaurant is new and tidy, featuring a great variety of spacious tables. The service is exceptional, with attentive staff always available. I especially enjoyed my favorite croissant—it was absolutely delightful!
