I was disappointed with this location. There was only one car in the drive-thru, yet it took the staff seven minutes to take my order in-store. I requested extra sauce and jalapeños in my farmers wrap, but only one wrap actually had sauce on it. The jalapeños cost $1.00 for two wraps, but I only received three pieces in each! I can buy a full jar for $3. Normally, any Tim Hortons I visit gives me at least double that amount without charging me. From now on, I’ll be sticking with the location on Townline.

The location and food are quite good. However, the drive-thru line can get quite lengthy during the morning rush, which is typical for any Tim Hortons. Usually, the drive-thru service is relatively quick, but when it becomes really busy, it can be hard to find nearby parking since the drive-thru traffic tends to block those spots. This issue is more about the layout of the shopping complex than the restaurant itself.

I absolutely enjoy the dessert and drink selections at Tim Hortons! Their donuts are consistently fresh and tasty, offering a wonderful range of flavors to choose from. The iced coffee and specialty drinks are delightful, particularly in the summer. The quality and reliability of their desserts and beverages keep me returning for more. It's an ideal spot to indulge my sweet tooth and enjoy a refreshing drink.

I truly love Tim Hortons, especially their donuts, with the Vanilla Dip being my top choice. I also often indulge in their crispy chicken sandwiches. The new spicy buffalo sandwich is perfect when I'm in a rush and need a quick meal before heading out. The service is quick, the restaurant is spotless, and it has a delightful Canadian atmosphere! Hello, if you're experiencing staff shortages, I recommend hiring additional employees. On June 14th at 9:00 PM, I noticed that the front door was closed, but Google showed that you were still open due to staffing issues. Many people walk to your restaurant, and not everyone has access to a car.

I was let down by the service at the drive-thru. I ordered a 10-pack of assorted Timbits and made it clear to the lady multiple times that I didn’t want any honey dip or birthday Timbits, but she just didn’t listen. I won’t be returning to this location.

I was pleasantly surprised to find muffins available at this Tim's at noon! Everything was excellent, but I did experience a long wait at the drive-thru. As it was my first time using their drive-thru, I didn't expect such a delay, which was my mistake.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in the city. After 8 PM, there are no pastries or baked goods available whatsoever. It's supposed to be a 24-hour coffee shop, but all they have to offer after 8 PM is coffee. Well done... Reserva una mesa ahora

I was disappointed that the restaurant does not provide honey for tea or offer yogurt and berries for breakfast. As someone who is wheat-free, I was hoping for a level of consistency across the chain in the province.

I cannot recommend Tim Hortons to anyone, and I now understand why this location has so many negative reviews on Google. It was truly a dreadful experience!
