After waiting 30 minutes to get up to the order window and another 10 to get up to the window, my order was wrong. I understand this is a busy location, but the drive-through line was almost up to the main road. (The double lane option is never used. The parking lot was basically empty, and there was not a lot of traffic going in and out of the main store. I keep giving this Tim's the benefit of the doubt. Now, I doubt that I'll ever come to this location again.

I visited here first time and I experienced very rude behaviour it was old lady and its afternoon 5 pm she was very very rude to me i even very polite to her but still she didn’t have sense how to talk with a customer I don’t know her name but she wears specks and she was old i will never come here again it but I didn’t say her anything because I respect old people plz let her know how to deal with customers

They get the order right, but they’re slow here. Came in twice today they had a lot of people working, but couldn’t seem to get the line to move anywhere. And both times I saw people coming off for breaks as there was a really long lineup and everyone else seemed to be struggling. Poorly managed or poorly staffed, I can’t say for sure either way… but I was third in line for like 15 minutes.

One poor lady hustling to take care of inside guests while 6 or 7 work the drive through and a line inside that went to the door. I guess the chain only cares about drive through stats.
