Tim Hortons - Reserva de mesa

I placed my order 15 minutes ago. Initially, Raymond informed me that they were out of Crispy Chicken, and when I inquired about the reason, he quickly disappeared behind the counter. Another staff member then returned to tell me it would take an additional 5 minutes. It makes me wonder why Tim Hortons has lost its former popularity. The customer service was lacking, the food was served late, and the cleanliness was below par. This is the downside of relying on part-time employees, isn’t it?

The Asian employee was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She always has a blank expression and repeatedly asked the same questions, unable to understand what I was saying. I placed my order online 20 minutes in advance to save time, but because of her, I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes after I arrived. Why does Tim Horton employ such inefficient and discourteous staff who waste others' time?

The black guy working at the drive thru is very bad service and rude! He messed up my order and gave me wrong items and complained I wasted so much time on the window and call me stupid.

I really love this location! I used to work here as a crew member for a year. The service is excellent! Highly recommended!

Coffee and tea no always fresh, sometimes even cold.Place is occupied by please using there own computer for hours on end
