However, for more than a month now, the morning team has changed, and they are incredibly friendly, efficient, and accurate! One particular staff member consistently remembers my order and always gets it right. She even draws smiley faces on my drinks! Notably, she observed that I had decreased my sugar preference from one and a half to one, and now she provides sugar on the side in case I need more. Who does that? This girl deserves a promotion! I finally asked for her name today—it's Gursharn. Thank you, morning staff, for brightening my mornings. Keep up the fantastic work!

Two days ago, I visited this restaurant with my kids. They absolutely loved the Timbits, which were incredibly fresh. I was impressed by a girl there who didn't have a name tag, but when I asked for her name, she introduced herself as Reetu with a wonderful smile. She was amazing and so hardworking! I've never seen a Tim Hortons employee be so friendly or provide such quick service. She even introduced me to the strawberry lemonade, which was fantastic—it's now my new favorite! Thank you, Reetu. I look forward to visiting again soon!

I got to the drive thru the line went really fast, the girl got my order perfect. The taste of the food was great. She was nice and pleasant. The place was clean. I will go back many times, thank you for the great service. Some times things like all around us doesn't work very well but doesn't mean that we have to put so negative reviews. We all make mistakes and what matters is to try to be better allways. After all we are all human beings trying our best ?thank you !!?

Food prep is always extremely messy and service is absolutely terrible. Every time I come here it’s always “we don’t have any rice”, “We don’t have any chicken ready”, what exactly are you guys doing with your time? Also when you do make someone wait 20 minutes for chicken don’t leave them to sit in the drive thru so everyone else has to wait as well? Clearly the staff is sloppy and not trained properly. It's been quite some time since I've visited this place, and each time, the staff messes up my simple cup of coffee. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The service is very poor. I haven't experienced this issue at other chain locations.

I have went so many times here and they have either gotten my order wrong or left some things out. I called in and they said that I was rude and the manager told me to either be nice or go to a different tim Hortons.

Very Crowded.It has happened a few times, this location has always things missing on the menu because of lack of ingredients. Today No Rice for the Loaded Bowls ?

Hands down best chain coffee. I live in Washington State, where Starbucks rules, so we don't have Tim Hortons, and I mourn the lack of Tim Hortons near me every Reserva una mesa ahora

Tired of rushed food preparation and zero customer service. Coffee prices have nearly doubled in recent years. Oh and the reward program is laughable!

The customer service was extremely poor. Today, the girl taking orders at the drive-thru was very rude.
