I had a very bad experience with Tim’s drive through at hwy 48 majorMackenzie there was an old man don’t know how to behave and talk to customers. He doesn’t know how to behave front of the kids. He shouldn’t be working as a customer service person at all and I’m not quite sure how did he even got the job as a customer service person with this kind of attitude??? Tim’s owner should verify their record and reference upon hiring. Who gave him permission to talk to the customers like this. He is also making a weird face and behave so badly front of the kids. Someone should take an action regards to this issue. Hope this should treat him a lesson so he can learn to talk to the customer politely...

I received two cups of old and cold coffee. When I asked for a replacement, it was just reheated old coffee from the microwave. I was denied a fresh pot. This level of service is unacceptable for Tim Hortons, especially considering they recently made $3 billion in profits. Very disappointing experience.

I've been going to this Tim Hortons weekly for almost 4 years now, and they have never made a mistake with my order. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Please pass it on to the staff how great they are.
