We visit this location today evening and had an awful service. We order potatoes wedges and tea through drive through. The potatoes wedges were very over cooked and it seems like they have resting their from very long time. We simply asked the drive through girl to change them , they are over cooked. She replied,” THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE.” She grab the bag rudely and told the co-worker to refund them in her native language. She didn’t even said sorry or didn’t give us a chance to grab anything else.What is it means by saying this is what we have. What if you guys have an over cooked chicken. My partner and I ordered three items: roast beef craveable, BBQ crispy chicken wrap, and a muffin. The craveable was missing cheese and had only one slice of beef which was cold. The wrap had no BBQ sauce. No issues with the muffin. Experience was extremely disappointing. Took our food to go so there wasn’t an opportunity to correct the orders.
