Terrible Service at nightshift, very rude for place that is open 24 hrs. Stated cause I enjoyed coffee for over two hours going to call tow truck while I'm in car. Also rude to me everytime I'm in there at night. I feel they shouldn't be working here if they can't be polite snd if someone is enjoying there coffee, they have no right to call a tow truck. Also would they tow a Rv with someone in it. Also whenever I order later at night, there rude to me. If I could give this location zero stars, I would! The manager, Holly, at the Glen Millar location was extremely rude and indifferent to customer safety. Instead of addressing concerns about a near accident in the drive-thru this morning, she chose to argue and refused service to a public servant. There was unsafe garbage disposal happening in the drive-thru, causing a backup with several cars waiting to be served. Holly, congratulations on losing a customer; I will be getting the owner's phone number, even though you refused to provide me with that information and service. Have a nice day.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered two turkey bacon clubs. After leaving the store and opening them up, I discovered that neither sandwich had any turkey in it. When I mentioned this to the staff, they said it was an honest mistake. While I appreciate that, I didn’t make the sandwiches; it seems like they should double-check the ingredients. It’s disappointing, but I suppose it reflects their standards.
Daughter who is 23 years asked night crew for application. Was told she had to be 21 to work here. She told them I'm 23. Doesn't matter you can't work here. Why ?? Are they being discrimatory to Caucasians. Been coming here for the past 2 weeks staff speak only their language. RUDE to English speaking. My favorite TH. Some staff are still there from 10-20+ years ago. The rest of the staff HIGH turnover. The new staff get trained quickly by the awesome senior staff. Well done!! I ordered the steak and crispy onion sandwich combo. Unfortunately, the first sandwich was burnt to a crisp, almost like it was made of carbon. I had to ask for it to be remade. When I opened my Diet Coke, it was warm. As for the atmosphere, it seems like the restaurant hasn't been cleaned in a while.
