Tim Hortons - Reserva de mesa

This week, I ordered steak and eggs on a biscuit three times, and two out of those three times, I received bacon and eggs instead, even though I paid for the steak and eggs. Additionally, my coffee, which I specifically asked for sugar in, was served without any. So, in total, I ended up with four incorrect sandwiches. I should have checked my order, but I assumed they could easily tell the difference between steak and bacon. Apparently, that’s not the case! I’ve never encountered a Tim’s that messes up orders as consistently as this one does!

During this challenging pandemic period, which is nearing two years, my local Tim Hortons has consistently made me feel safe and has continued to provide excellent products in a timely manner. The staff are always friendly and professional, and I often receive generous bonuses and delightful perks at least once a year! Tim Hortons is truly an iconic Canadian institution that embodies the best of what it means to be Canadian.

Good food. Bad service. Employees were so rude and ignorant. Would not provide someone with another mask when they said the one they had wasnt accepted, asked them to leave their young kids outside and use their mask. It was all just crazy and they were just rude to everyone. No please and thank you from anyone. Just horrible. And waited forever for my order too.

I just wanted to share that we met a young server named Noah. At first, I misread his name as Nash and called him that, but he handled it well! Great customer service, Noah! It was a pleasure to have you at the counter, and your positive attitude made the experience even better. We definitely need more people like you in customer service! Reserva una mesa ahora

The drive-thru is efficient, as they make every effort to keep the line moving smoothly, resulting in minimal delays.

My Tim's Double Double was served without any sugar at all, and my friend's black coffee tasted like water.
