Went to get breakfast today and the guy who was making bagels and all Abhishek was very RUDE and ARROGANT while serving/preparing the food like he wasn’t happy to be a part of Tim Hortons… 5 star for the girl who was taking our order Aastha was super friendly and attentive.

I'm amused by the patronizing replies to reviews, such as "We’re sorry to hear about your experience; we’d love the chance to discuss it further," and so on. It seems like the floors and tables haven't been cleaned this week. Sadly, this has become the norm.

I've been visiting this location for eight years now, and I noticed that they changed the coffee. Honestly, it tastes terrible now—there’s barely any flavor. I’ve asked others, and they feel the same way; it really isn't good anymore. Reserva una mesa ahora

Went in the store this morning around 10.30am and ordered a French vanilla. Came home and realized they had filled like 3/4 of the cup of the medium size. Giving less quantity for more money. Horrible service.

Conveniently located in plaza with other shops. Also across the road from a park.
