Sloppy, hair in food, flies.Stopped in on our way to Harrison Hot Springs at around 2pm on Thursday oct. 12. Service was friendly. Unfortunately there were issues with the food. And flies.I saw that there were 2 fly lights installed on the walls but maybe there needs to be more of a deep bleach clean to the walls equipment etc?Food, my grill cheese was good but my husbands ham and cheese sandwich was a mess. It was sloppily put together. He threw out most of the sandwich. We pulled the donuts out of the bag there was a long dark hair sandwiched in between our donuts ? we threw the donuts in the garbage. Complete waste of money.

I was really in the mood for slow-cooked chicken, so I ordered the slow-cooked chicken bacon ranch wrap. They initially told me they could make it, but when I went to pay, I was informed that they didn’t have slow-cooked chicken. This has happened to me multiple times at this location and others. The staff at Popkum Tim’s can also be quite rude, which can be frustrating. As I write this, I’m still waiting for my food, which has taken over ten minutes, and I still don't have my chicken. The hash browns I received were either soggy or rock hard. Overall, I’m not impressed.

This Wednesday , Tim's was quite busy, but I placed a mobile order . Due to the lengthy line of customers waitin to place their orders, my order wasn't ready when it shd hv bn. And as I waited for my order, I observed an energetic grl working among the other employees. I noticed her name on her batch Vipon . She was doin fantastic job n serving customers friendly, inspite of being so busy. I was gettin late for my work and she quickly assists me. I really wanna appreciate the hard wrk of tht young lady. ?.

The last few times I have stopped in I have been very disappointed with the service.....it seems like the service is dedicated to the drive thru and not walk ins....4 people working in the drive thru and only one person taking my order and having to fill it.....even when there is a long line up, they do not come and help...I am really hope this changes as it does get busy for walk ins and causes frustration... I am really disappointed with this Tim Hortons. Ordered over $20. Worth of food and coffees. EVERY item was wrong but unfortunately went through drive through and was passing the items to others at another location. ZERO customer service as well! What is wrong with people now a days??? If a young person does not want to work don’t ruin everyone else’s day!

I visited this restaurant with my wife, who ordered a habanero chicken wrap. However, when she took a bite, she discovered it was actually a steak wrap. After 8 years of being a pescatarian, this was very disappointing. Overall, I would rate this experience a 0/10 and won't be returning.

Places down in the lower mainland near reserve don't have cmgood cell reception it's known fact. Tim's has WiFi but apparently you can't access it in the drive thru just the parking lot. Good luck with the app. Fix your WiFi ??‍

Flies all over the place. Disgusting. Sitting on the floor everywhere, also on the bagels. This is really not good.
