I had a delightful experience tonight thanks to Alan, a wonderful employee! He was fantastic at communicating and truly went above and beyond. Coming from Tim Hortons, I can say he’s one of the nicest workers I’ve ever encountered. This location clearly hires exceptional staff!

I ordered a plain bagel with butter, but the knife they used was not cleaned properly, so I ended up tasting herb and garlic cream cheese instead. It was honestly disgusting to experience that right at the beginning of my meal.
