Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

It’s been three times that I order food and I received after one hour. Today in particular it was terrible. I went with my son and I ordered a chicken wrap for me and hash browns and English muffin for him. I asked them to be fast with my son’s orders i I told them they could give me my wrap after. My wrap after one hour wasn’t ready yet. I went to ask and the employee told me “it’s coming” without even checking. I asked again and they told me they already made my wrap, that they called me and that it was for long time on the counter.
