Tim Hortons - Reserva de mesa

Most of the time got my order right.Today I had to tell at the drive through speaker 4 times about the new drink I wanted because they couldn't understand the name because I was saying it in English. I cannot pronounce the name in french.Then when I finally got to opening my cezar wrap I ordered it was a SOGGY shredded chicken with wilted lettuce and tomatoes... IM ALLERGIC TO TOMAOTS!!! ???Their drive through speaker isn't loud enough to hear the people either, and the staff clearly didn't want to be there...... There is a reason I order the same thing all the time because I know it doesn't effect my sensativitys/ allergies ...

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The waitress, Nathalia, didn't get my order right because she was too busy chatting with her coworker. When I asked about a missing item, she claimed I never ordered it and then told me to wait. We arrived at 7:30 AM, and by 8:22 AM, we still hadn't received our food. When I inquired about when her boss would arrive, she was not helpful. I wonder what Celine, the owner, will think about this situation!

We arrived at 9:45 to buy a box of doughnuts, and while they are typically open until 10, they refused to serve us, claiming they were understaffed. I don't think that's a valid reason to turn customers away. I will be reporting this to consumer rights for an inspection.

First and last time coming to this Tim's. i just ate the worst Tim Hortons breakfast wrap EVER... Burnt to a crisp and definitely not worth the money nor the 15 min wait... ?

They got my mobile order and then just throw out the order to garbage bin without making my coffee, so I have to wait for 10 minutes for nothing. What a great service!

This place serves standard coffee drinks—nothing out of the ordinary. It's quite popular, so it tends to be busy. Local residents really seem to enjoy this chain.
