The place is very nice. However I hope that the staff would be properly trained more. I purchased a take home timbits but i remember i received a gift card but didn't know how much was in it. My plan was to pay cash but wanted to ask how much was in my gift card. The staff immediately took the card, and used the card as my payment. He did not understand what i said. I can understand if i was wearing a mask so he would have excuse to not able to get what i said. When i asked how much was in my card he said here is your balance, your purchased is paid. I specifi ally said i was going to pay cash but just want to check my balance in the card. Please make sure customer service is a must even if...
I purchased a large iced coffee, and it was barely 70% full. When I asked the staff to fill it up since I paid for a large, the supervisor told me, “That’s how much it’s supposed to be filled.” Please take a look at the photo and judge for yourself. For reference, the purchase was made on June 30, 2023, at 12:22 PM. I would appreciate some acknowledgment from management or the owner, as I am a local resident who visits this Tim Hortons every day. The supervisor I spoke with was a middle-aged Caucasian woman, probably in her 40s, but I didn’t catch her name.
Most people tend to share negative experiences, but my visit to this restaurant was fantastic! The young staff working in the evening were incredibly helpful and did an excellent job. I want to give special recognition to the two ladies in headscarves who took and prepared our orders with such precision, as well as Justin, who was a great guy. Great job, everyone! I can’t wait to return to this location. Happy New Year and keep smiling!
This is by far the worst Tim Horton's I've ever been to. The staff, all teenagers, had terrible attitudes, making it clear they didn't want to be there. One of the guys was just chatting with two girls at the register, while another one handed me a coffee that was only half full. Seriously, is this some kind of joke? Reserva una mesa ahora
