I'm a little biased, because I come here so often and I'm used to everything. But I really like coming here! Even though the food is a little stale sometimes and the service is a little slow when you come in the evening or during non-busy hours. Its still a nice Tim Hortons that you can sit down and spend some time with friends and family (there is a lot of tables inside this location).Parking: Its a decent sized parking lot, but it is usually quite full in the mornings and afternoons so its best to use drive-thru during those hours.
Probably the best Tim Horton's in Markham. Rose, the lady at the take out window in the morning is always so cheery and welcoming. Exactly what you want all your drive through or restaurant experiences to be like. She's also saying hello and asking how you are, and wishing you a great day. All with super fast service and always making sure you have the right order. She needs a raise and a promotion!
I always get my coffee here, ordering it with two sugars and one cream. I can't help but wonder if they actually put any sugar in it. If they do, it would be nice if they could stir the coffee to mix it in properly.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant; it was the worst I've ever had. The food looked like it had been carelessly thrown together.
Could Be better! There is only 1 power plug that can be used by customers. That as well is not very accessible.
Very nice location, food was really good, not much crowded, service is really good, neat and clean.
Great service, but sometimes you get stuck behind someone order meals in the drive thru.
