I have yet to be able to walk here during my lunch break without being chased down or otherwise hounded by panhandlers for money, for my phone, etc. On one occasion, I had to turn down 3 separate people begging for money and subsequently had to wade my way through a large group of them loitering in front of the doorway.There are no tables to sit at as the panhandling/loitering situation is so bad, they've banned anyone from dining in. went simply through the drive thru got 2 French vanilla and there came 6.05 gave 21.05 was said that we had a dimme short got a diame 14.00 back told him it should be 15.00, he was like ahhhhhhh I don't think so but what it's just a dollar, I'm gonna pay it's not a big thing (with attitude). after home they take a drink from my French vanilla and his art coffee! I don't even like her coffee, so I pay extra to get French vanilla!
I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. The woman at the front counter needs to learn some manners. She did not know how to properly greet people or customers. The coffee she made was the worst I have ever tasted. She should be sent to the Tim Hortons near the superstore to learn how to make coffee correctly. I will never visit this Tim Hortons again. The customer service is poor and the coffee is terrible.
If there was an option for , I would give a 5 star for this location. In the last 2 months, we have traveled more than 17000 KM and visited so many Tim Hortons, but this location is the worst. It has no washroom, no Wi Fi, no sitting area, even though it is very big. Wonder how the Tim Hortons Corporation allow this loction to run a business under their logo or name.

Love that Timmies now has Oat Milk.Don’t love that this location just pours oat milk in the same container as regular milk, meaning for the lactose intolerant you can’t enjoy it.I just spent 20 minutes in the bathroom because your staff doesn’t understand that when someone orders a non-dairy milk substitute…it’s not always a fad but a legitimate health issue.
burning and not fresh ingredients. can't even see the sausage. tim hortons in the unbc hospital didn't even know I ordered online. I have proved my time and showed that I have made an application on app and even showed my input. it's not the nicest.
It is ridiculous that Tim Hortons hates homeless people so much they intentionally make the average customers experience worse. No where to sit and dine so unless you do the drive through there's no where to
I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes only to be told at the window that they were out of soup. It's always a waste of time coming here. Save yourself some time and go to a different restaurant instead.

great location. beautiful staff. here I get my morning coffee, before work, weekdays. the best way to start my day.
last year the service is gone. use them to be fast and efficient, but now it is painfully slow.
