I primarily visit this restaurant for the reusable cups, which are always available, and they’re fantastic (I might be slightly addicted!). They consistently get my coffee and drink orders right, although I often find the hot coffee to be burnt when I go. They do occasionally make mistakes with food orders, but that's alright; the staff is friendly and always corrects the orders when I bring it up.

This Tim Hortons typically offers a great variety of freshly baked items, such as muffins and croissants. While some other locations may serve items that are slightly stale, it seems this particular spot tends to bake more often. In fact, on 8 out of 10 mornings between 8 and 10 AM, their muffins are still warm.

In my experience, this is the most consistent Tim Horton’s in Kitchener when it comes to drinks and food, however there are some employees that are rude at the drive thru window. Customer Service needs to be taught to these individuals so they stop shoving my orders at me.
