I had a terrible experience with the drive-thru service! The person taking orders was quite unfriendly. When I arrived to pick up my order, I greeted them politely, but received no response. I even said goodbye and was met with silence. The timbits were nearly identical in flavor, and my smoothie was supposed to have a fall flavor, but I’m still searching for any hint of spices or pumpkin. I went around 3:30 p.m., which seemed like the worst time to be there in Alma. This place doesn't deserve any stars.

The table was messy and dirty, the windows were smudged, and the surfaces were all unclean. The kitchen didn't look like it had been maintained either. Additionally, the restroom lacked a hand dryer. I can't fathom how an owner would allow such conditions. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.
