This Tim Hortons, located in the Arts building at MUN, has friendly staff and offers good service, which is a plus. However, the long wait times can be a drawback. Often, the lines stretch all the way to the doors, and you might find yourself waiting anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes to be served, especially during peak times between classes. Typically, there are only 2-3 employees working at any given time, so this location could really benefit from having additional staff to better manage the rush. It’s also important to note that they don’t serve any hot food items like bagels, breakfast, or soups; their menu includes muffins, donuts, Timbits, and cookies.
Terrible service. I was already late and waited well over 5 minutes to get my coffee upon ordering and once I finally got it I didn't think to check it because I was rushing... to my surprise when I open it, the LARGE French vanilla I ordered is barely a medium!! I feel cheated, what a disgusting way to treat customers
Worst service. For a cup of coffee you have to wait 20 minutes. Staffs are good but extremely slow in compare with other Tim Hortons. Even coffee price is higher than the others shop. Worst experience ever

I visit this restaurant almost every day! The food gets a perfect 5, the service is also a 5, and the atmosphere is a 5 as well.
This is the most inconsistent Tim's location I have ever visited. I do not recommend it.
This Tim Hortons has extremely long lineups as well as it has a very limited menu
Very under staffed there is always a line of 20+ people there...
