The staff are always friendly, however this Tim Horton’s consistently messes up orders.Between overcooked (or left in the warming drawer too long? sandwich ingredients, incorrect coffees (at least the sizes are right , or missing items in larger orders, it’s just not worth going to this location…Take the extra time visit the one downtown Trenton, they know what they are doing.
I recently visited this restaurant for a quick lunch and was very impressed by the customer service. The staff, especially the manager, was actively engaged in ensuring that every customer was treated with kindness and respect. It was great to see such a happy team working together. Super nice manager! My partner is an amputee and was in a hurry to use the washroom. The manager came to help with doors, and even gave him a mask which he had forgotten in his haste! Very friendly service, order was correct and made right. And public washrooms were open....YAY!!
I had a wonderful experience! I visited for a quick meal and was in and out the next day. Their prices are moderate—not cheap, but also not overly expensive. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for professionalism rather than a cheaper imitation. Reserva una mesa ahora
