There seems to be a lack of smiles at this location, and more often than not, my orders are incorrect. The only exception has been a specific young lady with brown hair at the sandwich counter—if only I knew her name! Having worked at Tim's myself, I understand the stress and chaos that can come with the job. However, if you're working there, it's crucial to put on a smile and treat customers well. A little kindness goes a long way, and most customers will be more understanding if you approach them positively. I would have given a 5 star review but somehow they messed my coffee up. In the servers defense it was extremely busy and somewhat loud. But they managed to put the proper order oh the lid of the coffee but not inside the cup. The person making the order just has to take an extra second to double check their work and if they accidentally made it wrong to just take the time to make it correctly. As a customer I would much prefer to wait an extra couple seconds so a server can correct their mistake.

This is the BEST tim Hortons in Trenton! Everyone that works there is so friendly and takes the time to get to know you and your order. Every time I come in, even to the drive thru, they know my voice and already know my order: I don’t go to any other location. These people are just wonderful

Without a doubt, this is the best Tim Hortons in the area, surpassing those in Belleville and Brighton! Orders are prepared swiftly and nearly always correct. The staff is exceptionally kind and patient. I can't recommend this location highly enough! Reserva una mesa ahora

The drive-thru service here is really slow, even with just one or two cars in line. Additionally, the staff member on the drive-thru tends to sound grumpy and unfriendly, making it seem like she doesn't enjoy her job.

Oh my goodness the lady behind the drive-thru was the sweetest woman. Every sentence ended in the word sweetie or honey . She just made my day shine

Normally pretty quick, Inside is nice, the staff is very pleasant and polite, the bagels are usually a hit or miss though.

Convenient location at a gas station. Not very much parking.
