Tim Hortons - Reserva de mesa

My wife and I really enjoy our Tim Hortons and primarily drink it at home. We've tried various locations and I particularly like the dark roast; overall, I've found it to be very good. However, the only place we have an issue with is our hometown location. The dark roast there is quite disappointing, and the service on weekends is consistently poor. We've reached a point where we prefer to drive to Spring Hill for our coffee instead. I apologize for the negative feedback about our hometown, but we're just sharing our honest experience. This is simply one man's opinion.

Listen here Tim Hortons! I will gladly pay more for the best coffee on earth so that you pay your employees the new minimum wage and benefits and holiday pay. Come on...your employees work their butts off! You, who own the company and the franchises, make a fortune off the backs of our awesome Canadian employees and customers. I am a customer and I agree with the minimum wage increase. After all I assume that the owners and franchisees have no problem paying their rent/mortgage every month. Don't your employees deserve the same?

This is the best Tim Hortons I've been to! The coffee is always perfect, and the cold brew and iced coffee are just as great. The staff really know their stuff, and they're always friendly with outstanding service. I actually go out of my way to visit this location because it's that good. If I could give it 10 stars, I definitely would! I highly recommend this place.

Inconsistency with dietary accommodations: This location frequently fails to meet dietary requests. Most of the time, when I ask for a dairy alternative in my drink, they end up adding it on top of the regular dairy, which causes significant discomfort for a long time. Thank you. I've been frequenting this Tim Hortons for about 15 years, and I appreciate the great service. However, I've noticed that whenever I request certain items, they're often out of stock. It might be worth considering ordering more products or perhaps not advertising the full menu.

terrible service, staff is rude to one another and i can hear cursing through the drive through window. would not recommend this location, they do not understand the basic principles of respect and customer service WILL NOT RETURN
