I visited the restaurant around 10:00 am and ordered an egg and cheese on an English muffin, along with hash browns and black coffee. I was asked to pull up because they were waiting for the eggs. At that time, I was the only customer in the drive-thru, yet I ended up waiting for about 7 to 10 minutes! It's breakfast time at 10 am, and they had no eggs? I don't mind waiting when it's busy, but it was relatively quiet when I arrived, which was a bit frustrating.

I placed a mobile order, but they were out of the flavor shot I wanted and didn't have any other options I liked. I inquired about receiving a refund since I wouldn't be taking the drink, but the staff member I spoke to was unsure of the process. Then, a girl with blonde hair, who I assume was the manager, came over and just handed me 50 cents, which was disappointing since I was expecting a full refund for my coffee. She was quite rude in her demeanor as well.

My husband and I often use the drive-thru, and the staff has always been friendly and enjoyed my husband's silly voices. However, today they forgot our Timbits. When we realized this while on the highway, I called to let them know politely. They took my name and said if I came in, I could mention it to get my Timbits. When I arrived, I told them my name, and they gave me the Timbits without any hassle. Honestly, this is probably the best place I've been to! Reserva una mesa ahora

Ordered 20 assorted Tim bits (no plain). Got home to decide them between children so there was no fighting. Received 19 Tim bits with 3 plain. The coffee was a little burnt tasting as well. Check your orders in the drive thru before driving

I've been coming here for the last couple of months as I've been out of town for work and the staff here are amazing! So friendly, and super polite, I thank them for their dedication to their customers.
