Tim Hortons - Reserva de mesa

What a night and day difference between this location and the location on Michigan ave near the train station. This place has been always good with the speed of the line, my orders, never had a mistake and their items seem to always taste a bit better, customer service is will recognized and they try to achieve it to keep customers returning. This has been my go to now even tho the Michigan ave location is closer. I hope they continue this trend.

I went to get my favorite hashbrowns, but I was told at 11:02 that they had stopped selling them at 11. The workers were extremely rude, but that wasn't the only reason. When I expressed my disappointment at the drive-thru, the employee responded rudely and told me to go somewhere else for a hashbrown. I have been a customer at this restaurant for years, but this was the rudest encounter I have ever had with a worker.

I love the way they made my Irish cream cold brew with cold foam. The drink itself was beautiful. The foam didn't get absorbed by the coffee or ice and turn the whole drink into liquid. There was still foam at the very last sip. I got a medium because they are doing an offer for free medium cold brews on the weekend if you use the app. The line was long and moved slowly on a Sunday morning, but it was worth the wait.

I have started coming to this restaurant in the morning because the men taking my order and serving me at the window are incredibly kind. They are so wonderful and truly brighten my day. And my order is always prepared exactly as I request. I have visited many Tim Hortons that are inconsistent with their coffee, but not this one. I absolutely adore this place!!! My experience ordering in the drive-thru this morning was amazing! The person taking the orders was so friendly and energetic. He greeted each customer with enthusiasm and made each interaction fun and entertaining. Despite working on Thanksgiving morning, he was in a great mood. Thank you, sir, for making my day so special! You're awesome!

I went thru the drive thru, ordered a chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was burnt. I took it back got the same thing burnt again. Got my money back less the tax. I was enjoying my coffee until the last few sips. A mouth full of coffee grains.Yuck ? ..

This Tim Hortons has the worst service I have ever experienced. They consistently shortchange you and never get your order right. I have stopped spending my money here because of this consistent issue.

Your restaurant closes at 5pm, which is too early for my midnight shift schedule. Every time I try to grab a coffee, the store is already closed by 3pm.

best tim hortons coffee sold here and cheaper than other places. consistently good. drive here and get ur coffee dont bother going anywhere
