Hair in my food. Literally made me puke. Like it's one thing to be fast but you also need to be clean. Disgusting. This isn't a small hair it should've been noticed. For the record I am blonde that is a curly black hair. Absolutely disgusting. It's right where I bit it. Worst experience ever! I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, keep in mind its 6:30 pm dinner time. I was looking for a standard bowl of chilli and a sandwich. They didn’t have either and they proceeded to offer potato wedges only to tell me that they are actually out of wedges. What a complete waste of time. I am never going back to this location the staff is not knowledgeable of what they have to offer from their menu. Terrible!

Got my usual everything bagel with plain cream cheese, bacon and tomato.. I spend $0.60 for tomato I want more the one tiny slice that's not even fresh. Not to mention a smear of cream cheese that seems to be the usual lately. Get more disappointed every time with the Reserva una mesa ahora

Terrible service! I waited 20 minutes in the store with only three people ahead of me just to get a single coffee. The next day, I tried the drive-thru, and even though there were only four cars ahead of me, it still took 20 minutes. Just awful service overall.
