Whoever was working the drive thru this morning at 9:45 needs to be spoken to about their customer service skills. (or lack of customer service as i should say). as i was placing my order, all i could get out of my mouth was “can i please get an everything bagel…” and was rudely interrupted by the girl working drive thru and she said- with lots of attitude “we don’t have everything.” I was very caught off guard and didn’t know what to say. all i could respond with was “okay… that’s fine” and i was planning on ordering an iced coffee but i was not comfortable dealing with the employee anymore, and i ended up driving away in frustration. i will not be back to this tim hortons. Yesterday, I ordered a farmers sandwich, but they forgot the hash brown and chipotle sauce. I didn’t have time to go back and correct it. Today, I ordered two simply sausages on English muffins and a farmers sandwich on a biscuit, making sure to confirm while ordering that it included the hash brown and chipotle sauce. The girl at the counter responded rudely, “Uh, yes??” Unfortunately, my sandwich still arrived without the chipotle sauce or cheese. That's two days in a row my farmers sandwich has been incorrect despite my efforts to specify the toppings. To top it off, the two simply sausages were served on biscuits instead of English muffins. I waited over 10 minutes for a hash brown while my bacon sandwich was getting cold waiting too. Staff laughed about me having to wait thst long because I was angry. When I finally got my hash brown I get to work just to discover my sandwich has sausage and not bacon. Absolutely no customer service and what kind of staff laughs at a customer because they are angry. I was late for work by the time my order was finally complete albeit wrong. This location has the worst staff and I will not be returning ever.

They were short staffed (only 3 plus the baker in the back) and the staff were jumping doing double duty. Sadly this made the wait long but they did their best with 1 making food, 1 making drinks, and 1 running the inside and drive thru cash register and getting and baked goods. Reserva una mesa ahora

Waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes with only 2 other vehicles in front just for a very small order consisting of a bagel(which was wrong), a snack sized ice cream, and an ice capp. This location is getting horrible.

I stopped by while trying to redeem my Rewards card. The cashier called over the manager, who was incredible. Her level of customer service felt more like that of a fine dining restaurant than a Tim Hortons. Thank you!

I ordered a few items, but they were out of two of them, and I found eggshell in my sandwich. There's a much better place just up the street.

Coffee was standard for Tim Hortons. Service is as extremely slow and took a VERY long time in the drive through for 2

Wish they were open longer when I go to hockey I never know when they will be open or not
