The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5 for its deliciousness. The service was equally impressive, also receiving a 5, ensuring a smooth takeout process. The atmosphere was inviting and pleasant, rated at 4, making it a great spot to start the day!
The fake wood fire was lit but not functioning, which added to the overall lack of atmosphere. The worst part was the floor, which sloped away from the wall and was covered in long-standing dirt; even the area under our table was filthy. This was all at just 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 12th. What a disappointment! As for parking, there were good spots available, including a few designated for disabled individuals.
I'm a regular at this Tim's. Never a big fan because they kept messing up the orders, forgetting things and taking SOOOOOO long to make the orders. However, since a recent change of staff, I noticed a huge change in the drive through service. I always see the same young man at the drive through during the day. Very friendly, smily, and order is ready in a minute. Great service and great food!
