I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons on 1st Ave NW this summer. The outdoor seating area was overrun with wasps, likely due to garbage not being properly emptied. I noticed wasps on the donuts as well, and despite bringing it to the attention of the staff, they seemed to ignore the issue. I'm particularly concerned because I was bitten twice in under two minutes while sitting outside, and on my next visit, I was bitten again. I can't help but wonder what would happen if someone who has a severe allergy were to get stung. The only action the store seemed to take was to set up a couple of traps, which didn't resolve the problem. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the management...

Used to be my go to Tim’s until the two girls on the morning started they have no customer service at all very grumpy and don’t wanna be there they speak their own language when they should be greeting yiu and sometimes they won’t even use the second order screen in drive through having three people order in front of me this morning while I was waiting there and people kept pulling in the right lane and ordering even my three year old said what’s taking so long will not be supporting this Tim’s any longer I will drive to one of the north locations from here on out

As frequent visitors to Tim Hortons across Canada, we've encountered this issue several times before. To add to my frustration, the button for ice water was broken, and yet I was still charged for not having it available. I find it upsetting that Tim Hortons and their staff feel the need to charge for water when a drink is already being purchased. Honestly, some employees seem unaware of their responsibilities, and you often need water to rinse out the taste when the coffee isn't fresh.

Although the food and service is decent, the people who hang out there are disgusting. There's a family that hang out there for 8+ hours a day. They aren't very clean, they have terrible body odour and I've even seen one of them with a wet spot on their pants. They wet themselves while sitting and then left. They swear and talk about vulgar things, definitely not a place to take young children. I'd drive the little extra and go to one of the others. Reserva una mesa ahora

I purchased two farmer's wraps, and both had very little lettuce in them, with no toppings on one half of each wrap.
