There was a huge line of cars waiting their turn in line so my passengers decided to go into the store. In particular, the 7 year old wanted to see the Timbits selection before making up his mind. I think that he spent too much time choosing 6 identical Flavours but such is life. Coffee servise was quick and friendly, as is expected at Tims.
Dirty windows/doors, staff not connected to customers in a friendly manner. Continuous wrong orders. I stopped going through the drive through due to incorrect orders. I enter door and see muck all up and down doors and windows. Gross. Will find another location in future.
I ordered a doughnut and a medium hot chocolate. The place wasn't too busy, but unfortunately, they forgot my order. I really enjoy Tim Hortons and love visiting this location, but I just wish they wouldn't overlook customers' orders.
Sundays can get quite busy, with long lines at the drive-thru. However, the staff is very hardworking. They could benefit from having more employees stationed at the front of the store! Reserva una mesa ahora
The slowest Tim's in town took 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru. My car was even stuck in the same spot for 10 minutes without any explanation at the window.
The new owners are awful they are obviously hiring friends and family cause they are all clueless.Horrible service drive-thru times are ridiculous.
I ordered a BELT, and l said the word, but they forgot the lettuce and tomato. I drove off, and when l noticed, l was too far away to go back. ?
