Tim Hortons - Reserva de mesa

They have posted modified and limited hours on the door, which I understand is due to staffing issues. However, they don't even adhere to these new hours. It has happened almost every time I've been there; they are inside, yet they close the drive-thru and lock the door, even though the modified hours on the door indicate they should be open. It feels like playing Russian Roulette with Tim Hortons – you just never know if they’ll be open or not. At this point, if they don’t want customers, they should just close the branch. Otherwise, they should at least post hours that they can actually stick to.

A complete disaster! Got there at 12:10 p.m. waited 45-55 minutes. Finally got 2 doughnuts. Asked for Maple Boston Cream. Rep, went to check, come back, had 1 , then 2. I drove off, only to realized that she gave me 2 chocolate... completely incompetent ! So bad, I thought it was a joke. Will never go back!!!

I've visited this restaurant four times this week, and each time, there's no one available to take my orders at the drive-thru, even though it's marked as open! If you’re short on staff, perhaps you should update your online schedule to reflect that you're “closed.”

A little piece of home every time I head north. The coffee is excellent, and the staff are wonderful!
