On this Sunday, December 10, 2023, I witnessed injustice against the employees of the Tim Horton located at 1350 Boul. Edouard in Saint-Hubert. The person in charge, a lady in her 40s, was intimidating the staff. She was screaming and very rude. Given the young age of the employees, they looked terrified and very anxious in front of their superiors. I could see the fear on their faces and the discomfort. Worst service ever! I waited at the car order and then went to the cashier/window tried to explain that the machine was not workingI only wanted a coffee… the young guy Was very unprofessional Rude and his supervisor Yelled over him to send the client in side! All in FrenchNever again!!
