They do not toast anything!!!Ordered an English muffins Sausage egger and a bagel cheese and asked for double toasted specificallyNone only the bagel not even toasted once but also didn’t follow the double toasted . Nor the English muffin was warm up and toasted .The bunds and bagel was super bad.I gone remember never to buy from this location ever again when I am in this airport

I have just one concern. The woman at the cash register, Anita, is extremely rude to customers and creates a toxic environment for the staff. People come here to spend their money, not to witness this kind of behavior. I urge management to provide Anita with some training in stress management and interpersonal skills.

Un Tim’s au rabais. Pas de latte, pas de cappuccino chaud (froid uniquement). Quand on pose une question au préposé on me demande ce qu’est un latte comme si je n’étais qu’un idiot.Ce Tim’s est situé aux arrivées de l’aéroport, pour un premier contact avec l’enseigne ça ne donne pas une très bonne image.

As if that wasn’t enough, just ten minutes later, she ran after us to give us a box of 50 timbits for free! Everyone working there was incredibly kind, and we are truly grateful for their outstanding service. We love Tim Hortons! - Alba Apo

The Timbits were incredible, and it was my first time trying them. The iced cappuccino was also quite good. The service was fast, and the ladies at the counter were very friendly.
