The service was trash this guy was on the speaker completely rude my husband asked for no foam and he said sir I don't know what you're talking about there is no foam. It's how he said it he was incredibly rude I wish I knew his name to formally complain to his manager. If you don't like your job please quit don't take it out in paying customers who keep you with a job. That guy was a piece of work my husband handled it well but if I get that guy I'm walking myself inside to speak this manager right there on the spot!!
This used to be one of the best Tim Hortons. I come here every day and order the same thing every day. They always seem to forget to put espresso in their coffee, even though I ask for it. I guess everyone should start ordering their espresso shots on the side, since they often forget to add them. The employees working the night shift are the only ones who make my coffee correctly.
I enjoyed two delicious Boston cream donuts and a warm biscuit at this restaurant. I have been coming here for breakfast for a long time. The value is excellent and the taste is amazing. All the food is made with natural ingredients, which is great for families. The drive-through service is good and fast, with incredibly friendly staff. Highly recommended!
Usually solid. I know a lot of places are short-handed so pack some patience. That being said i just have 2 issues. Get your cream cheese on the side because they cake it in there? also the drive thru has a pothole that reminds me of the Grand Canyon so b careful... Service is great tho! Much love

We had a terrible experience with the ice cappuccinos at this restaurant. They melted quickly and tasted like watery milk. Additionally, we tried calling the restaurant three times to address our concerns but each time the call was disconnected before we could speak to anyone.
I could actually only evaluate the tim hortons and lincoln park southfield road, because it is the only one that they go into the people to go to work to open a job tim hortons backup there are too many closed except that tim hortons is a great place
Would not recommend going to this place. They are terribly trained and rude. Coffee tasted watered down. They put one strip of bacon on my cold breakfast sandwich. So if you're looking for a quick bite go somewhere else.
second time inside of two weeks that they were out of hashbrowns...i hope they can get stocked up...there are potholes in the drive thru...otherwise my husband loves the farmers breakfast wrap with sausage and bacon

Afternoon shift sucks! Just left there and was given old donuts. I prefer going mornings because the workers are more friendly. Irritated that my donuts was old. N i go there daily.
Get better at your job or quit. Whole kitchen was incompantant and sucked at there job. Gave me wrong food and waited 30 minutes for the right food.
