I order through the app, get to the location and my food is not ready mind you it has been 20 minutes. Then the manager manplans why they don 't fill the online orders until you come into the store. Because some people order online and then don 'tpick up the items, however, they are still paid through the app right . So have my food ready what is the point of placing theorder ahead of time if I still have to sit there and wait. I love my city DETROIT but the services here are dismal. Always go tothe places outside of the city at least 2 miles and the people are more friendly. Live in the D my whole life and the customerservice just get worse by the hour.
I got a pumpkin spice latte and it wasn't giving pumpkin spice at all. It wasn't sweet, plus how it looked on the menu was very misleading. My mother got a sandwich and hashbrowns that weren't fully cooked. The timbits that we got were good and it all camesuper fast though.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich and they gave it to me with the oldest looking tomatoes and iceberg lettuce I have ever seen. I?m not sure where in the ingredients list for a sausage, egg and cheese croissant someone thought ?oh, this is missing the tomatoand lettuce.?

They can never get your order right. I mean never I gave them three chances. I will never return to this Tim Hortons ever again it is by far the worst one I have ever been to. I wish I could give negative stars.
Every time I've ordered food from them, I've had to return. I specifically requested hot food each time, but it always comes cold! I shouldn't have to go through the drive-thru only to have to go back inside.
Worst Tim Hortons ever, got a burnt bagel that?s not even a regular size bagel! and a burnt croissant, went back in to return and they didn?t even apologize! Slow and lazy! Never going there again.
Don't come here, told the lady working the register about these cookies, they look to have mold, she looked at me like I was the problem, this was Monday, January 31st around 9:15 am.

Staff were friendly efficient,it took a while for the food to arrive since it wasn't crowded. But it was worth the wait the food was delicious ???? we all enjoyed it.
