This is review is long overdue . Tim Horton 3618 located Bermondsey Rd Eglinton Ave E staff are a fantastic team of people. I’ve been coming here for 15 years so I seen quite a lot at this location which needed a rehaul of staff I’ve upon a time. As much as we post bad service we need to post great service. Ever since the new team of employees rolled in which might be a little over a year or so, their service has surpassed beyond my expectations!The entire staff truly has a great customer rapport not just with myself I see it with others from the businesses around, police officers, firefighters and dealer ships and just residence and families who sit and enjoy the atmosphere the neighborhood...
dont go to this tim's. staff are unfriendly and rude minus a few employees. if you don't go through the drive-thru, you'll be waiting 5+ minutes for a bagel because all they care about is their timer. it is always loud because the staff are always yelling at each other and can never seem to get along. this one loud employee is super obnoxious and always screaming at other staff for products whenever she is in the drive-thru at like 7am. food is ok, drinks can be hit or miss. every time i have come here i receive different results for both food and drink. if they mess up your order you have to talk to three different people to get it fixed, and even then, they blame you for the mistake. never...
I had previously been coming to this Timmies for about 8 years but have only occasionally come here for the last year. The staff has completely changed from the friendly crew that worked here. But the worst part is the coffee always taste burnt. I rather drive 5-10 minutes further to get fresh tasting coffee then come to this location and get burnt coffee.
Everyone was busy serving drive-in orders. Had to wait sometime to have someone take order. Cleanliness is average.Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options available in the breakfast menu. But some of the Tims customize another dish and provide a vegetarian wrap or sandwich.
