I honestly don 't understand how the lady in the drive thru can still work there after this many negative reviews about her. After reading the reviews on here I knew exactly who they were referring to, and I was only there once today. I will never be back to this location because of her.I placed an online order for pickup here. There was only one car in line in front of me, so it went very fast. Personally Tim Hortons has been my go to coffee place for years. Today I got an everything bagel toasted with extra butter and one side was completely dry. I’ve started ordering with extra butter regularly because I was noticing the bagels had lots of dry spots so I assumed they are only allowed to put a certain amount. It is an up charge for extra butter but that doesn’t bother me. However when I’m charged extra for what I ordered and it’s not coming out that way it’s a bit frustrating.On top of this the lady taking the order tried to cut me off in the middle of ordering. Was ordering and the lady asked if I wanted a hash brown with my food to make it a meal and I said “that would be great yes” and then I order some Tim bits with no birthday cake ones. They forgot my hash brown and gave me birthday cake TimbitsAnd my large double double iced coffee is mostly cream
