Then when I got to the window a rude man ERIK (with a K he yelled back at me) argued with me for three min defending his snotty employee!! Uncalled for behavior by anyone in the service industry! Went through drive-thru and ordered. Ordered 2 small creme brule ice capps and a Medium ice capp and ice hot chocolate. Got everything but the medium. I asked where the med. drink was and they said they didn't get it. Have to pull back around. The line was very long and I said your employee made the mistake and I have to pull back around in the long líne again? Then the manager said yes pull around and re- order. She also told me that they don't make creme brule ice capps it's carmel and vanilla Next time order that or they wont make it...the manager was very rude even when I said you didn't give me any straws all she said was pull around. every time the staff here is so rude. Im always pleasent, and to have someone talk to you like your a moron for no reason isnt something you expect when grabbing a coffee, and its every single time i stop at this location. Update i just read some reviews and it seems as if this is an issue going back over a year, and it seems as if your management team lacks the ability to hire and train, and whoever owns this does not care. As for the workers, have a little more pride in how you present yourself to the public, its not you vs. the customer and if your employer isnt providing the correct tools to keep from getting frustrated at work there are plenty of great places to work with attentive mana...
My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We usually enjoy grabbing coffee after dropping the kids off at school, anticipating a quick and pleasant outing, but this visit was the exact opposite. We felt rushed while placing our order, which resulted in them having to remake our drinks. To make matters worse, the staff went from being unfriendly to downright hostile afterward. I have no plans to return to this particular location. As a manager in the food industry, I would never allow my customers to experience such poor service.

This is the worst Tim Hortons location in the area. The employees seem to have a negative attitude towards customers and go out of their way to be confrontational. They are not pleasant to deal with, often mess up orders, and respond unkindly when you ask for corrections.
I usually order Avocado toast from a different location, but this loation is Terrible ? toast!!!. It's clumps of Avocado instead of being smooth and doesn't cover the entire piece of the toast for the price paid!
The avocado toast at the Northline Rd location was quite lumpy and not spread evenly on the bread.
Tim Hortons always has good coffee drinks and cheap but good donuts.
