They don't know how to make their own drinks or food. Asked for a Iced Carmel Macchiato and received a hot coffee with maybe one drop of cream. I don't get why it's so hard to make it. It's literally ice, milk, and a shot of espresso. This place should probably shut down to make room for a different franchise. I'm done with my rant...

No straws. No napkins. No bag. Just handed me two wrong drinks and the wrapped sandwich. Looks like they made the breakfast sandwich with a thousand year egg. I'm not a picky guy, but this is wild. Never again.

I had ordered three drinks, one hot chocolate, one hot nutella latte and an iced caramel capp and only received one correctly. I also ordered online and had to wait an extra 15 minutes. never again.
